What happens when you delete your account?
Submitting this request will permanently remove your ExamBook account and all associated personal data from our systems within 7 business days.
Your profile, name, email, mobile number, learning history, test results, and all activity data.
Transaction records and payment history are retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations.
Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. Active subscriptions will not be refunded.
Deletion is completed within 7 business days. You'll receive confirmation once done.
