Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ExamBook mobile application and website at exambook.co.in, operated by SOLESEED INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ExamBook. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or making a purchase.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@soleseed.in.
• One subscription plan is for personal use by a single user. Account sharing is not permitted.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

3.1 Available Plans

• Monthly Plan (₹279): 30 days of full access.
• 6-Month Plan (₹699): 180 days of full access.
• Yearly Plan (₹999): 365 days of full access.

3.2 Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST. The amount shown at checkout is the total you pay — no tax is added afterwards.
• Payments are processed securely through Paytm (One97 Communications Ltd.).
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Paytm Wallet.
• Subscription plans are not automatically renewed unless explicitly stated.
• You must use the same mobile number or email used at checkout to log into the app.

3.3 Plan Activation

After successful payment, your plan will be activated within a reasonable time. Download the ExamBook app from Google Play Store and log in with the mobile number or email used during checkout.

3.4 Invoices

A GST invoice is generated for every successful payment. If you need a copy, raise a support ticket inside the ExamBook app (Help / Support section) with the mobile number used at checkout, and we will send you a soft copy of the invoice by email or WhatsApp. Invoices are issued in soft copy only; no physical invoice is posted.

3.5 Refunds

ExamBook is digital content that is delivered in full the moment a payment succeeds, so all purchases are final and non-refundable. The complete position, including what happens when a payment is taken without delivering anything, is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Your Information, Communication and Marketing

To create your account, activate your plan and keep in touch with you about it, ExamBook collects and uses your name, mobile number, email address, state, and device identifiers (such as the device model and an app installation identifier). By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to the following.

• Service messages. We will contact you about your account, payments, plan activation, expiry and renewals over WhatsApp, SMS, email, in-app notification or a phone call. These are part of the service and are sent whether or not you have opted into marketing.
• Marketing and remarketing. You agree to receive offers, course updates, current-affairs updates and other promotional messages from ExamBook over the same channels, and you agree that the details above may be used to show you ExamBook advertisements on third-party platforms (for example Google and Meta) through their standard audience and remarketing tools.
• Consent under TRAI rules. Providing your mobile number and completing a purchase is treated as your consent to be contacted on that number for the purposes above, including where the number is registered on the DND / NCPR list.
• Withdrawing consent. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or writing to support@soleseed.in. Service messages about an active subscription will continue, because they are needed to provide the service.
• What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information. How your data is stored, who processes it on our behalf, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ExamBook — including but not limited to text, videos, audio notes, mind maps, graphics, logos, and the underlying software — is the exclusive property of SOLESEED INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our app.
• Screen recording or downloading of video content for redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Permitted Use

ExamBook grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
• Record, copy, or redistribute any video, audio, or written content from the app.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its servers.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that ExamBook will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

9. Content Accuracy

We work diligently to ensure educational content is accurate and up to date. However, ExamBook does not guarantee that all content is error-free or completely current. Content should be used as a study aid and not as the sole source for exam preparation decisions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ExamBook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific exam preparation requirements or guarantee selection in any examination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLESEED INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
